• We provide fresh, handcrafted sourdough products, available for local pickup, delivery (when available), and nationwide shipping.

2. Order & Payment Terms

• All orders must be placed through our online store.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, or Bank Transfer.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., ingredient shortages, operational issues). In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

• Local pickup orders require confirmation before arrival. Customers must send a message or text prior to pickup.
• Delivery within Coalinga may be available on select days—please inquire for availability.
• Shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail, and rates are listed on our website.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can address concerns.
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases of incorrect orders or product defects.

• We collect personal information only for order processing and communication.
• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
